A cartoon is generally portrayed or made for satire, caricature or humour, or sometimes a motion picture that relies on a sequence of illustrations. A cartoonist is a person who creates cartoons, sometimes these people are also known as an animator. The concept of cartoon originated in the middle ages, first cartoons are drawn in paintings, fresco, tapestry, or stained glass window.

Political cartoons are made with severe visual commentaries on political events, They generally offer subtle criticism which is very cleverly quoted with satire and humour to that extent that the sentiment of a criticized person doesn't get hurt.
